Moving Frame Media, LLC offers a number of packages to help realtors stand out to their clients.  By bundling shoots, we can often reduce cost associated with production.

All of our packages include the following:

Exterior videography by use of drones or other means with a focus on cinematic angles and movements.

Interior videography  of each room by use of tripod mounted cameras and stabilized motion cameras (HVAC rooms, garages, and unfinished basements upon request) with focus on cinematic angles and movements.

Script writing based on the selling agent's listing details.

Animated text detail overlay. 

Voiceover recording by voiceover artist.

Editing and hosting of final film (other options available upon request). 

Single Property

Often the best option for agents that don't regularly use social networking to list their bookings or that have a property for sale that is typically outside of their standard selling price or properties that are for sale by owner.

Multiple Property Same Day

By booking two or more properties to be filmed back to back, agents can take advantage of production time and personnel discounts. (Maximum of three properties per day).
